I would like to start off this post saying sorry for the seemingly abandonment I did to this blog. That was never my intention, but as time went on and I got busier in my life this page got ignored more. I want to start this blog back up and give it more life than it had before. I will start off a little slower than I was doing, maybe a post every other week as I relearn how to balance this back in my life.
What I put on this blog is important to me and I want to share the knowledge I’m gathering from my studies and experiences in nutrition and the body. Anyone who reads a post of mine or follows me should be provided with some form of informational content or insight.
With that being said I will post a new nutritional post by next week. Hope to see you then,
